Lindsay Kate Brown joins Promethean Artists
Mezzo Soprano Lindsay Kate Brown joins the roster of Promethean Artists today for worldwide general management. A recent graduate of the Houston Grand Opera Studio, Ms. Brown’s 2020 – 2021 season sees her house debut with Santa Fe Opera to sing the roles of Marcellina in Laurent Pelly’s new production of Le nozze di Figaro and Hippolyta in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Ms. Brown also made her role debut this season as Gertrude in Houston Grand Opera’s groundbreaking digital production of Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, and sang in a concert review of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s The Sound of Music. Ms. Brown was scheduled to cover the role of Charlotte in Werther and sing the roles of Knappen and Zaubermädchen and cover Kundry in Parsifal at Houston Grand Opera.
