Adam Cavagnaro

President & founder

Named a top industry professional by Musical America, President & Founder of Promethean Artists, Adam Cavagnaro holds both a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Montclair State University, where he received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2019, and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Manhattan School of Music. Fusing skills acquired from his time as a performing artist and his work in the hospitality industry at New York’s fine dining restaurants (Gramercy Tavern, Nobu, Morimoto), Adam’s approach provides artists with proactive, thoughtful, and innovative solutions to everyday challenges encountered in the classical music industry.

A former Vice President, Artist Manager at IMG Artists, Adam began his career in artist management as a Managerial Assistant in 2012, where he teamed with Senior Vice President and Director of Vocal Alec Treuhaft working with top level talent. In 2014, Adam was tasked with developing the west coast presence of IMG Artists, as the only California-based artist manager representing vocalists. He currently resides in Madrid, Spain.

CALLAN COUGHLAN

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ORCHESTRAL BOOKING, ARTIST MANAGER

Callan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the Royal Irish Academy of Music, a Master’s in Business Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. He began his career as Assistant Artist Manager in the Singers department of Askonas Holt, subsequently moving into the roles of Associate Artist Manager and then Artist Manager. There, he had the pleasure of working under Director Joel Thomas with such distinguished artists as Eva-Maria Westbroek, Ailyn Peréz, Anita Hartig, Nahuel di Pierro and Frédéric Antoun. At Askonas Holt, Callan also developed an interest in scouting and nurturing new talent, acting as co-lead on the Lies Askonas Fellowship program for young artists.

With a keen interest in the digital marketing space, he previously volunteered his time as Marketing Manager for Young People in the Arts in London. Also an avid runner, Callan has completed the London, Paris and Istanbul Marathons, and spends his weekends as one of the Run Directors of his local parkrun.

Christina Cavagnaro

Style Consultant

Former Customer Styling Director at Anthropologie, Christina Cavagnaro holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from The Ohio State University in her native Columbus, Ohio. Drawing on over 16 years of design experience, Christina is currently a freelance staging and style consultant, working with a select list of residential and commercial clients throughout the United States. Her unique approach combines the creative composition acquired during her BFA studies with an astute design eye, enabling clients to fully express themselves through design.

During her 12 years with Anthropologie, Christina led a team of 135 stylists in over 100 stores in cultivating genuine customer relationships, provided content for the weekly fit sessions and daily Instagram feeds, was responsible for developing the home stylist experience, provided seasonal fashion show directions for all Anthropologie stores, and led customer focus groups to cultivate strategies for new brand initiatives.

Chase Schaap

Fitness Consultant

Based in Chicago, Chase is the owner and founder of Incremental Gains, LLC, where he works with high achieving professionals from multiple fields, including many artists from Lyric Opera of Chicago. Chase enables his clients to look, feel, and perform better by using the best and most well-researched health and fitness practices, stemming from the roots of neuroscience. Before starting his own business, he worked at Equinox in Lincoln Park, Fitness Formula Clubs in the West Loop, and Rebell Strength & Conditioning in Lakeview. His approach to health and fitness is holistic and his programs are custom made to the individual, as he recognizes the fact that every human being is unique. Chase's experience as an actor has allowed him to meet artists where they are and connect with them on a personal and professional level, leading to better overall results. Traveling the world, eating great food, and listening to live music are a few of his favorite things to do for fun. He holds a BFA in Professional Acting and a BSBA in Business Administration from East Carolina University.
