Latonia Moore Joins Promethean Artists Roster

American Soprano Latonia Moore, famous for her interpretation of the title role in Aida at the Metropolitan Opera, Royal Opera Covent Garden, and other leading international theatres, joins the Promethean Artists roster for general management. “I’m excited to be joining the roster at Promethean Artists and looking forward to what we have planned together for the future,” Moore said. “It’s wonderful to be part of an incredibly talented roster and a company that is on the forefront of innovation and pushing the industry forward.”

Having just finished a “show-stopping” (Observer) run as Serena in Porgy and Bess at the Metropolitan Opera, Ms. Moore’s 2019 - 2020 season also include appearances at the title role in Tosca with both Théâtre de Caen and Opéra de Rouen Normandie Théâtre des Arts, the role of Patience in the world premiere of Castor and Patience at Cincinnati Opera, and another appearance as Serena in Francesca Zambello’s production of Porgy and Bess in a return to Washington National Opera, conducted by music director Evan Rogister.
